A perfect 20-25cm ball for exercising intrinsic foot muscles and for other important core exercises. 

Having a strong foot, is critical for any dancer, whether on pointe or not. Very heavy demands are placed on the foot during dance and any weak arches, rolling feet or weak ankles can affect the alignment of the whole body. This can lead to acute to chronic problems with the foot, ankle, knees, hips or back. If the foot muscles are strengthened, you can have greater stability, better alignment, and more flexibility.

Often used in pilates, yoga, and Progressing Ballet Technique classes (PBT). Easily inflated- straw provided. Sizes may vary. 

Please note- item may appear creased when first inflated, but these will disappear.
